BMW S1000RR Linear Suspension Link
****NOW IN BLACK ANODIZE ONLY****
Proud to offer a linear suspension link for the 2015 BMW S1000RR ! This link has been designed using the MotoSpec software and is currently being used by Sean Huffman and Michael Leon in the Canadian Superbike Championship.
This link keeps the suspension’s rising rate more linear for added traction and a better ride quality. It is machined in house on our Haas VM3 from a billet block of aluminum.
This link will fit on the 2015 BMW S1000RR and on the 2013 and 2014 BMW HP4.
The link comes fitted with BMW bearings. You will reuse the OEM bolts, sleeves and seals. The kit includes the rocker, two arms and a spacer.
The recommended shock from Ohlins is the BM-360. It is back-ordered for a while from Ohlins so what we did for the racers is use the BM-365. It is the Ohlins shock for the 2014 S1000R (not RR). The shock is shorter than needed so we made a custom clevis to compensate. If you want to go that route, we offer the clevis as an option on the link.
The stock spring is ok, but might need to be changed for rider preferences.
Valving could also be modified to take advantage of the flatter rising rate.
This link is for rider only, no passengers !
